Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due at the appointment.

What if I’m late or need to cancel?

There’s a 10-minute grace period for lateness. For cancellations, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.

What should I do before my appointment?
